GDE

GDE is the mobile application of the Electronic Document Management system exclusively for employees of the National Public Administration. It allows you to work and quickly consult all the documents and records that you typically manage from the web platform.

The mobile application features:

• Unified consultation of records and documents.
• Viewing the number of pending tasks (personal and supervised).
• Access to task mailboxes of EE, GEDO, and CCOO.
• Document signing with certificates.
• Creation of record transfers.
• Linking documents to records.
• Selecting documents and records as Favorites.
• Access to mailbox of received and sent official communications.
• Creating and sending a new Official Communication.
